Obtain A Repeat Prescription?

You may obtain a repeat prescription for your medication (provided your doctor has authorised it) by telephoning us on 0191 275 5742.

Repeat prescriptions requests can be made by telephone, in writing or by calling at the surgery. This telephone will only be answered between 11.00am and 4.00pm each day.

We are unable to take orders or issue prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours. Stamped addressed envelopes can be left with the surgery so that your new prescription can be sent to you.

You can also arrange for a chemist of your choice to collect your prescription. Your prescription will be ready after 4.00pm on the next working day following your request.
